Together we will study and practice yoga asana (physical practice), seated meditation, and yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to foster deeper self-understanding. This will leave you feeling more grounded and centered in yourself as you integrate back into your daily life.

Dream
What do you most want? Roam your inner landscapes to surface and center what’s truly important to you.
In a series of group coaching activities, workshops, journaling sessions and creative expressions, we’ll give voice and shape to both your wildest and quietest dreams, helping you imagine yourself forward into your most vital self.
In a world that constantly pulls your attention outward, white space to dream is sacred. Dreaming Ground is designed for anyone at a crossroads, in a transition, or simply craving space to reconnect with themselves. Whether you're recalibrating after a big life shift, clarifying what’s next in your work or relationships, or seeking deeper alignment with your values, this week offers supportive structure and expansive tools to help you listen inward. Through daily yoga, guided workshops, and immersive practices, we’ll move gently from body to insight to form—finding what matters most and giving name and shape to both your wildest and quietest dreams.
Held in the lush jungle near the ocean, each day offers movement, creative exploration, and time to rest or roam. You'll center your values, meet your limiting beliefs with care, play in the space of possibility, and take first steps into expression. As you reweave your relationship to self, you resource your capacity to show up in the world with vitality, clarity, and contribution. This is not just a week away—it’s a reclamation of the dreaming body, and a portal to what’s next.
About Your Teachers
-
Skye began her yoga journey in 2012, not with instant passion, but with a gradual deepening appreciation that transformed over time. What started as a form of physical exercise evolved into a powerful inward journey—cultivating a deeper connection to body, mind, and breath. Yoga quickly became an essential tool in her mental health and personal healing.
Since completing her first 200hr training at Wanderlust Yoga in Austin, Texas in early 2020, Skye has completed nearly 1,000 hours of advanced yoga training. Her teaching style is grounded in experience, ongoing education, and the influence of many inspiring mentors. However, her most profound teacher has been her young daughter, Isla, who continually reminds her of the beauty found in slowing down and being fully present.
Skye’s classes are thoughtfully designed to strike a balance between physical challenge and emotional nourishment. Her intention is for students to leave feeling grounded, strong, and connected—to both themselves and the present moment. She has a particular passion for teaching arm balances and offering supportive, hands-on adjustments that deepen the practice.
Beyond the mat, Skye enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and daughter, nurturing her garden, traveling, cooking nourishing meals, and getting lost in a good fantasy novel.

My mission is to inspire confident self-expression and connection.
My method is to learn alongside my students how to find contentment in cultivating the conditions for accepting desirable outcomes from the universe into our lives. We do this by gracefully accepting support, paying attention to nuance, leaning in, and doing hard things on purpose. I lead personal growth retreats, write about yoga philosophy, and guide vinyasa and meditation classes.
While I have taken on and shed many identities, what remains eternally constant in my life is a fascination with moving the body, an innate spiritual calling, an inherited love of teaching, and an analytical approach to creating progress. I am not a monk or person who lived in an ashram, nor a holy person in any way. I am a person who lives in an American city, works a normal job, and has made a commitment to continual spiritual unfolding within the context of life under the pressures and influences that come with our Western culture.
